This job was a complete renovation of eleven dilapidated 2-storey dwellings that had previously belonged to the fire service, but which had been vacant for 3 years.
We converted them into rentable housing for South Derbyshire District Council, including the installation of:
- new kitchens,
- new bathrooms,
- windows,
- doors,
- roofs,
- cedar cladding,
- rendering,
- parking bays
- various hard paving to front / rears.
